To provide support to the Chief Financial Officer in the development and administration of City of New Castle’s financial operations, including budgeting, internal auditing, financial reporting, and grant management and compliance.
To provide support to the Chief Financial Officer to perform duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, benefits management, and collective bargaining. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the City.
- Must reside in the City of New Castle.
- Must pass pre-employment criminal background and drug test.
- Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
