SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of New Castle, PA, will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 6:20 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Building, 230 N. Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA, for the purpose of appointing the Charter Transition Committee.  The Committee will draft the Administrative Code of the City and the rules and regulations, ordinances and resolutions necessary for the effective implementation of this Charter and the proper continuation of the governmental affairs of the City.
