Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of New Castle, PA, will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, City Building, 230 N. Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA, for the purpose of opening a bid received on January 27, 2022 for the Former Lincoln-Garfield Elementary School Demolition – Contract No. 2022-01 and Universal Waste Removal – Contract No. 2022-02.
