The New Castle City Council Meeting will be held via teleconference at 6:45 p.m due to the COVID-19 State of Emergency Shutdown. Any members of the public who wish to participate by providing a public comment must do so before 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020 by filling out the form below.
