Notice is hereby given that the Tuesday, December 5, 2023 and Thursday, December 7, 2023 Budget Workshops, scheduled to be held at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Building will instead be held at 4:00 p.m. at the ServaxNet Building, located at 3 E. Washington Street, New Castle, PA.
