PENSION SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Police Pension Board will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 6:20 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Building, 230 N. Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA upon receipt of application from Officer David Maiella for a disability retirement benefit, the Pension Plan Board of the City of New Castle Police Pension Plan hereby moves/resolves to designate Doctors Adam Stubert, Richard Liedke, and Steven Hand to examine and provide sworn statements indicating whether, following their examination of Officer David Maiella, he suffers from a condition of physical or mental impairment due to which he is unable to perform any duties of Employment with the Employer, as those terms are defined under the City of New Castle Police Pension Plan.
