The City of New Castle is providing grants up to $10,000 to businesses who have been impacted by COVID. To qualify, the business must meet all the following criteria:

1. Located within City limits.
2. A for-profit business.
3. Annual revenues under $1 million.
4. Owned by or employ low or moderate-income people.
5. Fully spent all other government funding received due to COVID.

Grant funding is being provided by the Community Development Block Grant administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. $126,000 has been allocated to this program and applications will be accepted until all funds have been awarded.
