City Hall now is open to the public:
Monday through Friday
8:30am – 12:00pm
1:00pm – 3:00pm
Due to COVID-19, we are encouraging the public to utilize our alternative payment methods:
- Online payments can be made at newcastlepa.org
- The drop box is located on Grant Street and checked daily and a receipt will be mailed to you
And as always, payments can be mailed to 230 North Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA 16101.
If you would like to pay in person and you have more than (10) properties, please call 724-656-3546 and leave a message to schedule an appointment.
