A winter weather advisory has been issued for Western Pennsylvania until 1pm Tuesday February 16, 2021. Due to inclement weather,  City of New Castle’s road crew will focus on keeping main roads open for emergency purposes. Side roads will be plowed after main roads are clear. If and where possible please use off road parking until the advisory is lifted.

East and West Washington Street

Route 422

Route 18

Highland Avenue

Mahoning Avenue

Atlantic Avenue
