The City of New Castle’s garbage collection will end on Tuesday March 31, 2020. The City will be collecting garbage on the following days. If you currently put your garbage out Sunday night for Monday pick up, or  Monday night for Tuesday pick up, please use your Blue Bags. Starting Wednesday April 1, 2020 Aiken Refuse will start collecting garbage and you will need to apply Aikens sticker to your bag of choice.
